Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece Chronograph Skeleton – Excellence
Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece Chronograph Skeleton – Excellence
A Masterpiece can be defined as a perfect combination of design, innovation and craftsmanship. The Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece collection has always demonstrated all three of these characteristics. The latest example of this remarkable approach to horology is the Masterpiece Chronograph Skeleton, featuring a powerful design which immediately grabs attention with its handsome aesthetics.
Since the 90’s, Maurice Lacroix has been crafting skeleton watches, understanding the need to ensure structural rigidity fused with alluring open-work dial detail. The open worked dial has a very pure appearance with surplus material removed using precision laser cutting. The slender framework of the movement is beautifully decorated, emphasizing the craftsmanship which has become synonymous with the Masterpiece name.
A silver dial featuring a bi-compax display is housed within an eye-catching 45mm blue PVD case. The hour and minute hands are presented in black gold, while the central chronograph seconds hand is delivered in blue varnished form. The sapphire crystal is adorned with the ‘Maurice Lacroix’ name and logo in silver. The case brings together an array of different finishes, including vertical brushed and satin brushed detailing, underscoring the sense of luxury found with this timepiece. Indeed, Maurice Lacroix is so proud of this creation it places its logo on the small seconds display at 9 o’clock, reaffirming its belief that this watch is a ‘Masterpiece’ in all senses of the word.
The model is offered in steel as well as a limited edition version in blue PVD, restricted to only 100 examples.
A piece of art, an expression of skill and an example of outstanding workmanship, the Masterpiece Chronograph Skeleton illustrates all of these admirable traits. Master your time. Your time is now.
